Our client desired an open layout for this compact apartment while still having the flexibility for two separate bedrooms. Our innovative solution was to incorporate elegant curtains. During the day, they can be drawn back to create an open, airy space, and in the evening, they seamlessly close to divide the room into two distinct areas: a cozy lounge with a sofa bed and a private retreat featuring a queen-size bed.
MASTER BEDROOM
We are pleased to present the primary bedroom of this apartment, designed with a modern industrial aesthetic. The warm brick accent wall pairs beautifully with asymmetrical black-metal lighting, creating a striking yet inviting atmosphere. A soft, comfortable queen-size bed takes center stage, complemented by an oriental-inspired rug. The space is further enhanced by a large statement piece of wall art, adding a touch of personality to the room.
LIVING ROOM
The living room embraces industrial elegance, with exposed brick walls adding warmth and texture, while a bold black ceiling creates a dramatic, modern feel. An oriental rug introduces intricate patterns, grounding the space with a touch of tradition. A sleek white sofa contrasts beautifully with the industrial elements, complemented by rich leather armchairs that bring both comfort and sophistication. Black-metal accents tie the design together, ensuring a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
KITCHEN
The kitchen combines industrial chic with modern warmth. White mosaic tiles provide a fresh, clean backdrop, while the lower cabinets in a striking rusty red introduce a bold, earthy tone. A sleek cylindrical hood adds a touch of contemporary style, paired with black countertops for contrast. The upper wood cabinets bring natural warmth to the design, balancing the industrial elements and creating a functional, inviting space that complements the apartment's overall aesthetic.
